Staff Attorney — Religious Liberty

Alliance Defending Freedom seeks a Staff Attorney to defend religious freedom, the sanctity of life, and marriage and family in courts across the country. This is a unique opportunity to engage in high-impact litigation that makes a real difference.

Responsibilities:

- Litigate cases in federal and state courts defending First Amendment rights

- Draft briefs, motions, and legal memoranda

- Advise clients on legal strategy and case development

- Represent ADF in court hearings and oral arguments

Qualifications:

- J.D. from an accredited law school

- Admission to at least one state bar

- 2+ years of litigation experience preferred

- Deep commitment to ADF's mission and Christian values
