Development Operations Manager, Membership

The Heritage Foundation is looking for a Development Operations Manager to oversee the systems and processes that power our membership fundraising program — one of the largest in the conservative movement.

Responsibilities:

- Manage donor database operations, gift processing, and reporting

- Collaborate with the direct mail, digital, and major gifts teams to ensure accurate data and seamless donor experiences

- Identify operational improvements and lead implementation

- Produce regular fundraising performance reports for leadership

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required

- 3+ years of fundraising operations, CRM management, or data/analytics experience

- Experience with Salesforce or similar nonprofit CRM platforms preferred

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
