College Field Representative

Turning Point USA — the nation's largest conservative youth organization, active on 3,500+ campuses — is seeking a College Field Representative to grow our presence and impact across college campuses in the Riverside, CA area.

Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and support TPUSA chapter leaders at assigned campuses

- Plan and execute campus events, tabling, and outreach activities

- Build relationships with college Republicans and other conservative student groups

- Report on campus activity and growth metrics to regional leadership

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (or current senior) preferred

- Strong passion for conservative values and student activism

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region

- Start date: August 3, 2026
