Field Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Work with the Senior American Majority Staff on tasks and projects as directed

- Train conservative activists and assist Senior Staff with the planning, promotion, and execution of training events in key parts of Wisconsin

- Network with activist groups in Wisconsin to schedule trainings

- Training logistics, both before and after events

- Research political news, races, and election info

- Oversee field staff in assigned territory

- Canvass key precincts using smartphone to identify and turn out conservative voters

- Collect and implement data to create strategic walk-lists using Voter Gravity

- Train field staff on how to use Voter Gravity

- Door to door canvassing in support of conservative issues and candidates

- Connect with key voters to increase voter turnout

- Register voters

- Travel within the state as needed

- Support Wisconsin Executive Director by completing any tasks he needs to be completed in a timely manner

- Must have integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness

- Ability to manage time effectively in this hybrid position

- This position is full time and will provide you with connections and experience. Previous political campaign experience is preferred. Experience with campaign data is especially helpful. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
