About This Role
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Institute Connect is the Lincoln Institute’s professional development and career placement program, serving as the bridge between high-potential college students and California’s business community. Students apply for membership in the program, gaining access to exclusive events led by accomplished business and industry leaders, a curated professional network, and preferential consideration for job and internship opportunities that come through the Institute’s employer relationships. Institute Connect exists to ensure that the next generation of principled leaders enters the workforce equipped, connected, and championed.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent & Career Partnerships Manager owns the program’s talent pipeline from end to end. This is a recruiter’s role at heart: you will source and screen student applicants, build and maintain relationships with employers and business leaders, match qualified members to opportunities, and coordinate the professional events that bring the network together. The ideal candidate brings real recruiting or talent acquisition experience — someone who knows how to evaluate candidates, manage a requisition-style pipeline, and represent both sides of a placement with professionalism.
